Description:
Scincem Cement-Based Coating is a water-repellant cement-based coating. It is an ideal masonry coating for exterior & interior walls. High white cement content and several other effective additives make it water-repellent, fungus-resistant, non-flaking, hard rock coating, and long-lasting. It is designed as a brush-on coating for interior and exterior undercoat & finishes as well.
WHERE TO USE
- Exterior/interior porous cement & masonry surfaces
- Basement walls, garage, curbs, retaining walls, stone & brick walls
- 2.5 - 3.5 m2/kg (For cement/sand rendering)
- 3.0 - 4.0 m2/kg (For in-site concrete)
- 3.0 - 4.5 m2/kg (For wall and board)

辛客水泥質塗層料是一種防水水泥質塗層料，乃户外及室内牆的理想砌體塗層料。它的高度白色水泥成份及多種有效的附加劑使它具備防水、抗真菌、不會剥落、硬石涂层及持久耐用的功能。它可以用漆刷塗在室内作為地層漆或户外修飾用途。

- 地下室牆、车棚、緣石、檔土牆、石塊及磚牆
